Petit
Concept
Many
restaurants nowadays refer to themselves as bistros,
despite the fact that their food, ambiance and
prices are at odds with the true definition of the
term. In France, a bistro is where blue collar
workers go to eat homestyle fare at very modest
prices; it is often served on bare wood or with
draught beer and vin ordinaire.
Daily
blackboard specials are prepared by Chef Jacky
Robert, whose career and reputation are well-known
to both Boston and west coast diners. Manager Loic
Le Garrec is a native of Brittany and a veteran of
Boston and New York's top dining rooms.
In true bistro
tradition, entree prices are under $12 at lunch and
under $20 at dinner.

This
is a classic of French cuisine that sounds
cozy to English speaking people. It is
indead velvet to your tongue and will make
you feel warm as you savor every bite.
To French speakers it means veal stew in a

the Outdoor!
Each
of our three restaurants have outdoor
dining.
PRB Columbus has new Parisien looking
awnings and will allow us to serve even when
the weather doesn't cooperate. PRB
Kenmore is arguably the smallest and most
romantic terrasse in Boston. Dine at
the feet of the Tour Eiffel on our Needham
patio and live forever...

love skirts
Waitresses at PRB are encouraged to wear
skirts. The owners think women look
great in skirts. It is also the
classic uniform for female servers in
France.
