Petit
Concept
Many
restaurants nowadays refer to themselves as bistros,
despite the fact that their food, ambiance and
prices are at odds with the true definition of the
term. In France, a bistro is where blue collar
workers go to eat homestyle fare at very modest
prices; it is often served on bare wood or with
draught beer and vin ordinaire.
Daily
blackboard specials are prepared by Chef Jacky
Robert, whose career and reputation are well-known
to both Boston and west coast diners. Manager Loic
Le Garrec is a native of Brittany and a veteran of
Boston and New York's top dining rooms.
In true bistro
tradition, entree prices are under $12 at lunch and
under $20 at dinner (unchanged prices since opening
April 1st, 2005)

Niçoise
is the French word for "in the style of
Nice." So any dish that is labeled Niçoise
would be in the cooking style of Nice in
Provence, France.
The most famous dish is Salade Niéoise
cmposed of tuna, haricot verts, mixed
greens, hard boiled eggs, olives, tomatoes,
anchovies and vinaigrette.

Loic Le Garrec, our beloved Director of
Operations is an admirable mom/father.
On
May 10, our 3 locations will be serving
the full menu and Native Striped Bass as a
Special.

dining.
PRB Columbus has a new Parisian looking
awnings allows us to serve even when the
weather doesn't cooperate. PRB Kenmore
is arguably the smallest and most romantic
terrace in Boston. Dine at the feet of
the Tour Eiffel at our Needham patio and

La
Table Française
On the first Monday of every month,
Bostonians who speak French (or would like
to) are invited to attend our genial French
Table, held at the Kenmore location.
Over soft lights, good company, and fine
wine, communally-seated diners practice
conversational French over a 3-course dinner
that focuses on a different region each
month. Come alone or bring a friend.
$50 per person, all inclusive. 10% of
the evening's profits are donated to the
French Library Alliance Francaise of Boston.
